the products on our webshop are carried by all the legal documentation required. if there is a need to claim on particular item quality, we will fulfill obligations as if you purchased the goods from a classic store.

return process.

by the law on distance selling of serbia, we accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.
products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. we ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
all final sale items are not eligible for returns.

international returns.

we accept international returns.
returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date.
items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

refund process.

once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. this process can take up to 1-3 business days.
if your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
