TERMS OF DELIVERY

In order to ship your orders as safely as we can we partner with Post Express for deliveries in Serbia, and Post Export and DHL for all international shipping.

POST EXPRESS:

By confirming the order and clicking the ‘PLACE MY ORDER’ button, you agree to the delivery terms and conditions stated. After the confirmation, the order gets the processing status. You will be notified about your order’s status via email. The POST EXPORT link for tracking your order.

Most often, it takes about 3 business days to process the orders. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, orders will be processed on Monday next week.

POST EXPRESS delivery fee will be charged 450,00 rsd for all orders with Serbian delivery addresses. FREE SHIPPING for all orders with Serbian delivery addresses with total cost over 6.000,00 rsd. All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item’s price, with the total price stated as well.

Post Express couriers will bring the items to your delivery address between 08:00 AM and 7:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address to receive the shipment during these hours. When receiving the shipment, please inspect the package to make sure there are no visible signs of damage. If you notice that the packaging is significantly damaged, and you suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify our team. If the package is not damaged, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt provided by the courier. If unable to deliver the package, the Post Express courier will leave a note with the shipping number, so you can pick it up in the closest post office within 5 working days.

POST EXPORT:

Most often, it takes about 10 business days to process the orders. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, orders will be processed on Monday next week.

POST EXPORT delivery fee will be charged 2.500,00 rsd for all orders with international delivery addresses. FREE SHIPPING for all orders with international delivery addresses with total cost over 20.000,00 rsd. All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item’s price, with the total price stated as well.

Post export (an external company that delivers goods for MJOLK LLC), delivers packages from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Post export cooperates with posts across all the countries, so the delivery can depend on the time zone and your local post office. Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the package at your selected address. If the courier does not find anyone at the address, the package will return to us. Upon receiving the package, we will contact you to determine the reason why the shipment wasn‘t delivered and agree to resend it, if required so. If you notice that the packaging is significantly damaged, and you suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify our team. If the package is not damaged, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt provided by the courier.

NOTICE:

The estimated time of delivery is shown for informative purposes only. MJOLK LLC cannot vouch for the estimated delivery time. At certain posts, the package can be kept longer than initially planned for safety checking procedures, which can postpone the estimated time of delivery. According to previously stated, delivery can last up to 30 days. Prolonged deliveries are prone to happen during the holiday seasons, as the processing of the packages can take longer than usual.

DHL:

DHL delivery fee will be charged 6.000,00 rsd for all orders with international delivery addresses. FREE SHIPPING for all orders with international delivery addresses with total cost over 20.000,00 rsd. All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item’s price, with the total price stated as well

NOTICE:

Delivery may be delayed due to additional anti-terrorist checks and precautions. Delays in shipments can also be expected during busy holiday seasons.

Please keep in mind that the shipment may be subject to your local customs import taxes. For more information on that, please contact your local customs office. The package can be subject to the local taxes in the country of delivery – for more information on this, please contact your local customs office. MJOLK LLC cannot be held responsible for higher delivery expenses due to the customs taxes or any other matters valid in the country of delivery. We tried to provide all the necessary information for the customs, so you do not need to pay the customs taxes, only the VAT in your country.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By confirming and accepting the order when clicking the ‘PLACE MY ORDER’ button, you agree with the delivery terms and conditions stated. We cannot guarantee that the customs will free you from all customs taxes.

*MJOLK LLC keeps the right to charge customers for delivery if the first delivery attempt was not successful for reasons that are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Orders that are placed before midday will be processed on the same working day.

*Orders that are placed after midday will be processed on the following working day.
